Kissa by Kissa

A self-published art book by Craig Mod about walking from Tokyo to Kyoto and the Showa-era kissaten along the way.

I worked on the production from end-to-end, setting up systems along the way: from printing and packaging to distribution.

I led the migration to a new printer, managed communications, and ran proofing rounds. I also set up distribution through a new logistics partner and oversaw international shipping of four editions of two artbooks with 5,000+ total print run.
